Bass OS - Android 12.1 - Headwind MDM demo variant

This is the initial GitHub Release for Bass-Headwind-MDM-v15.9-x86_64-OFFICIAL-vanilla-2024112415, and this update includes a number of changes on top of where our last round of builds were.

• Updated FOSS apps (Aurora Store, Neo-Store, and more)
• Updated Bootsight service - adding fallback values
• Added multi-display mouse mode (look for mouse in boot options) - Allows mouse to move from one display to the next more like Linux/Windows
• Added Desktop Mode boot options (Forces using freeform on secondary display)
• Added backup method for SerialNumber generation on devices that do not populate the board info properly
• Fixes for "Force EFI" OEM install option
• Lots more, check the changelog and git repos for further details.
